We currently ship to France, the United States, Italy, and the United Kingdom. All orders are sent via standard delivery, offering fast, secure, and fully insured shipping.

From order to delivery at your door, it generally takes between 8 and 13 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellation

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived three business days after the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service.

Order Processing & Cut-off Time

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+2) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day.

• Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
